PAYMENT POLICY 

All bookings require 100% pre-payment at the time of booking. Refunds will be given inline with our cancellation policy. Any testing or nutraceutical prescription to be paid when undertaken or delivered.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings. Any cancellation within the 24-hour period will forfeit a 50% booking deposit.
